TENNIS

Fee: $25.00 per session (each session includes 2 one hour lesson)
Time: Ages 5–7 4-5PM

MB “Pick Up” Girls Lacrosse
All MB girls entering 5th – 8th grade in 2014-2015 school year
Mondays, beginning June 30th – will run through summer and into Sept.
7-8 pm. Griffen Park. Fee: $15/summer
*Wear your pinney, bring mouth guard, stick and goggles.
Summer Arts and Crafts/sports camp starts 6/30 Griffin Park
Ages 4 & 5- June 30 – July 11th -Time: 11:00 – 12:00 PM- Fee: $55
Ages 6 –10 – June 30- July 25th – Time: 9:00 – 11:00 AM – Fee $105

Program Overview: We will be running two courts this year.
On Court 1, Abby Kelly will be running a basketball skills program for Monmouth
Beach resident entering 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade.
On Court 2, Tim Riepl will continue the “structured” pick-up basketball program for
Monmouth Beach residents entering 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grade. There will be no
coaches or instructional drills. The objective of this program will be to introduce
children to the nuances of playing pick-up basketball.
Teams will be picked by Mr. Riepl each session depending on the turnout; each team will
have 5 players; teams will be picked to ensure competitive balance. Games will last
either 15 minutes, or the first team to 7. Winning team will remain on the court. Teams
will rotate onto court.
Dates and times: Friday July 11th through early September.

Participation: Monmouth Beach residents who will be entering the 1st through 8th for the

Entry and Cost: Sign-ups via the Monmouth Beach Borough website will be required
prior to participation. Sign-ups can occur anytime through the last week of the program
without incurring late fee. Cost of entry is $15 per entrant per season. Fees will be used
to offset cost of program (outdoor basketballs, pinnies, flip scoreboard etc.).

Fee: $20

Time 9:00 am, Raccoon Island
Teams consist of : One adult/ One child per family: 4 on 4 format
Teams drawn the day of the tournament (approx. 8:30am)
Moms,dads, uncles, grandmother & grandfathers are welcomed to play with child
Fee: $20.00 registration fee per family (Includes T-shirt)
Signups must be completed by Friday August 15, 2014
